Shipping Policy

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $8 CAD or FREE on orders over $100.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Sumi Skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or faulty product.

Because our products are produced in limited quantities and imported at a high cost, any returned item can no longer be resold or reused. This would result in unnecessary product waste and increased environmental impact.

We also believe strongly in reducing the negative environmental consequences associated with returns, including excess transportation emissions, packaging waste, and product disposal. By maintaining a no-return policy, we help support a more responsible and sustainable beauty industry.
